We are offering a flexible part time opportunity for a Legal Accounts Clerk with possible part home working within our modern, flexible and friendly company.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the entering and accuracy of financial records. Have a firm understanding of accounting terminology and processes as well as a very strong attention to detail. Ability and confidence to liaise with existing team and consultant lawyers.

Accounting Clerk Job Duties:

  • Make spreadsheet entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions
  • Compile reports through case management and distribute to Consultants
  • Record transactions so that they can be consolidated and paid by accounts teams
  • Careful inspection of invoices

Accounting Clerk Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology and Excel
