Charles is a Solicitor who qualified in 1992, having worked in the Legal Profession from 1986 and qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991.

Charles has both a business track record, having established a number of successful start-ups in various sectors over 20 years and also a broad legal pedigree, having worked for all types of provincial Law Firms and also as Senior Counsel in at least 3 UK Companies including Bovis Homes, Snappy Snaps and National Grid.


Charles uniquely has appeared as Advocate in every type of Tribunal and Lower Court (County Court and Magistrates Court) for a broad range of Law, including Immigration, Insolvency, Crime, Motoring charges, Divorce, Employment and Mental Health.

His special gift is to aid the parties in achieving a mutually beneficial settlement, using the Court process only as a last resort. With his business background and personal experience working in the retail, motor-trade and logistics sectors he can relate to many types of clients and situations. Charles also helps solicitors as local Agency Advocate.
